Trust me, folks, if you own your own business, don't try to do your taxes yourself. Your job is to run your business, not be a tax expert. You certainly do not want to miss out on important deductions and deadlines. Business and corporate taxes are a whole different ball game that you want an expert to handle for you. That expert is the Tax Club. If you are worried about the cost, don't be! It will cost you no more than a personal return done by a private CPA firm. The best part is that you pay monthly and the amount is ridiculously low. I was totally astounded at the services provided by the Tax Club. Have you ever just wanted to call someone and ask a tax question and maybe call in July or October or whenever? You can do that with the Tax Club. They are helpful and friendly! Brandon Morgan & Arnetia Toalei After graduating with a BSIT, I engaged in a venture that introduced me to The Tax Club. Corporate Specialist Brandan Morgan encouraged me to set up a S-Corp and taught me how this would benefit myself as well as my business. Brandan was very professional, and despite his very busy schedule, was available when I needed him and provided me with extra information that I required. I especially liked how The Tax Club made individual appointments for the different programs that it has too offer. I learned more about business than I ever knew existed (and still am.) After the S-Corp setup, Corporate Data Processor Arnetia Toalei helped me complete the process to make me a legitimate corporation. The Billing Department I became a member in October 2007. I am a resident of San Diego, CA and we were experiencing severe firestorms. Unfortunately, some of my family became victims of that fire. I had just made several investments to begin my business and one of them was a program with The Tax Club. I was unable to assist my family because of these investments. Because I had just made the investment with The Tax Club, I took a chance to see if they would be willing to refund the monies I had invested. I was informed that 15% of the amount would be deducted from the refund if considered. To my surprise and delight, The Tax Club was very understanding, and not only granted me the refund, but granted the ENTIRE amount. My family and I thank you for having a heart! He prepared my corporate and personal taxes, both were submitted on time. I was very impressed with the final product of the tax documents! I have been with the tax club since September 2004 when I began my corporation and in that time I have always experienced nothing but helpful, courteous & accurate tax info from any of the reps I have talked with. Now that I had to dissolve my corporation due to health problems in 2007, the tax club is still going to do my taxes even though I paid them for only 6 months of 2007, so they in my mind are stupendous and have a heart, as my illness is incurable but treatable and the treatment is very expensive.

I have always hated taxes so I have always had someone else do them for me. The only time I tried to do them myself I messed it all up and ended up getting a late return and having the IRS do it for me anyway. From then on I have paid someone else. They usually did a good job, I thought. Since I have been with the Tax Club I have learned that over the years I have missed out on thousands of dollars in write offs that I could have legally deducted. The service from the Tax Club is the best I have ever received even from an old friend of mine that is a CPA and did my taxes for years. Our initial introduction to the Tax Club was a key support element provided by our contract with Stores On Line. The Tax Club provides year long service in advising and preperation of Personal and Business Taxes, and the completion of the suitable forms. We are a Foreign Based LLC so our procedures are not simple from a management perspective. We operate an office in the State of New York, therefore we must send in quaterly Sales Taxes for all purchases made in New York State, we have an annual Partnership Tax If you are considering Tax Specialists for your activities.
